    • Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: Deposit may be applied toward a future package or service

    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: Deposit is forfeited and non-refundable

  • No, all services are by appointment only to ensure a private, uninterrupted experience.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled private appointment to fill out client intake forms.

  • I recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • If you arrive late, your treatment will still end at the scheduled time to ensure the next client is not delayed. You will be charged for the full service duration, regardless of whether it was shortened.

  • I accept credit cards, debit, cash , and e-transfers for your convenience. Some treatments may require a deposit.

  • Gift cards are available at Aesthetica Beauty 

  • Under most consumer protection laws in Ontario, gift cards sold for a specific dollar amount do not expire.

  • No, gift cards are non- refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
